Amazing Photo Of Mars UFO Captured By NASA Rover!

On July 14, 2014, NASA’s Curiosity rover relayed images back to earth that shows what appears to be a UFO. The strange object, pictured during martian solar day(sol) 688 is seen to be hovering just above the martian surface.

Some have specualted that the object in the photo was caused by a camera malfunction known as a “dark dot pixel”. A dark dot pixel is defined as a defective pixel in an image that fails to render correctly during the photo imaging process and thus does not allow light to pass through it.

The problem with this theory is that the unidentified flying object itself is not completely black and has texture and depth to it upon closer scrutiny. Furthermore, the craft looks to be round and has the typical saucer shape with a pilot cockpit centered in the middle of the craft, unlike dark dot pixels which are completly black and square in shape.

Others theorize that the picture itself was taken somewhere on earth and in fact the Mars Rover never went to Mars in the first place. Thus the U.S. government is involved in a massive cover up.

So far (July 18, 2014) NASA has not made a comment regarding the peculiar object in the photo. This is somewhat strange since NASA is always very quick to publicly “debunk” and explain away strange and questionable images in their photos.

Below is a video by Youtube user Streetcap1 who initially broke this story. Also, if you can be so kind to let me know what you think of this article in the section below the video, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.

The object looks too well defined to be a camera artifact. It looks to be definitely above the surface and in front of the background hills. IMHO it is not natural!

I agree, it looks man made. It must be a secret space project happening on MARS.
